Nature all around
Distance from adjacent summer houses is ample (100 plus meters), thus privacy and quietness are guaranteed. The house is surrounded by nature, especially pine trees, and has a wonderful view towards Mt. Itamos as well as limited view to the sea.
Distance from the closest beach (“Fava”) is 5΄on foot.
Features
Its modern interior covers an area of approximately 80 m 2, in two levels.
Ground level comprises of the fully equipped open plan kitchen (refrigerator/freezer, cooker/stove, hood, dishwasher), which comes with full amenities (e.g. glasses, dishes, cutlery, coffee maker, espresso machine, microwave oven, toaster, kettle, juice maker and more), and of the living room, which has a large “L” shaped sofa and a table.
At ground level the guest will also has at his/her disposal a (discretely installed) washing machine, a storage space/wardrobe and a brick-made fireplace. A balcony door gives access to the back yard, where you can enjoy your breakfast in quietness and discression.

A wooden staircase leads to the floor, where are situated one king size and one queen size bed (both with bedside tables and lights), making it ideal for a family with up to two children. A mirror, a drawer, a Smart TV and a small working station complete the space. The bathroom/wc has a large shower, a single washbasin with lighted mirror and a built-in toilet bowl. An air-condition unit ensures the desired temperature of this area. Again, a balcony door leads to the veranda, which has a coffee table and two chairs, to enjoy your coffee or drink.
The house has ready-on-demand hot water (kitchen and bathroom), double glazed windows (which ensure perfect sound insulation and temperature control), Wi-Fi, a discreetly installed safe and of course linen, bedding, towels etc. Outside, an open-air shaded garage accommodates two cars.
